These air-fried breaded pork chops are incredibly moist and tender. They prepare in about ten minutes with simple pantry items. Feel free to use ordinary cooking spray, however I prefer to use a Misto sprayer with my own oil.

–4 (5 ounce) boneless, center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick – 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning – 1 ½ cups cheese and garlic croutons – 2 large eggs – cooking spray

Circled Dot

Set an air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or 200 degrees Celsius.

Put the pork chops on a platter and sprinkle Cajun seasoning over both sides.

In a small food processor, pulse croutons until finely chopped; transfer to a shallow plate. Beat eggs lightly in a different shallow dish. One at a time, coat each pork chop on both sides with crouton breading after dipping it in beaten egg and allowing any excess drip off. Transfer the breaded chop, unstacked, to a dish. Continue with the remaining chops. Apply cooking spray to the chops.

After applying frying spray to the air fryer basket, place the chops inside in a single layer. The size of your air fryer will determine whether you need to make two batches.

Cook for five minutes in the preheated air fryer. Then, turn the chops over and, if necessary, spritz them again with cooking spray. Cook for an additional five minutes. When placed in the middle of the chops, an instant-read thermometer should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit (63 degrees Celsius).
